The actor ranbir kapoor will be seen playing a nomadic in the tamasha movie and meets Deepika in Corsica, France Island. A woman (Deepika padukone) is very big fan of Obleix and Asterix series that was set in the region and is on a trip following the trail of her favorite cartoon.
When Deepika padukone and Ranbir kapoor bump into each other, the two hits it off well. They have the common liking for Asterix and follow the trail of exploring the France Island, performing as troupe artists and stage dramas…
The Tamasha movie title has a hint of Shakespearean vocabulary to it. – All the world’s a stage and all the men and women only players the film’s first schedule was wrapped up recently in Corsica and the next one will begin in India in November 2015.

On Monday morning at 8.15am tamasha movie team Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Imtiaz Ali embarked on a rail trip Suvidha Express from Mumbai to Delhi for they are promoting their upcoming film Tamasha. Deepika paducone said she had a ‘lots of fun’ as she found such journeys ‘very romantic’.
The passengers of the first class coach alighted and the photographers got into action and everywhere all you could see and hear was flashlights being switched on. Actors Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Imtiaz Ali were thronged by people, and the police personnel, who were present at the platform could do little to keep people at bay.
“Train journeys are very romantic. I think we all have travelled by train individually. And traveling by train, choice of food and restaurants are the things the three of us have in common. We are always talking about new places and travelling,” Deepika said.
Ranbir kapoor, who credited Deepika padukone with the idea, said he enjoyed this ‘new and unique way’ of promoting the film.
“We know travel is a very important part of Imtiaz’s life and in the movies that he makes. I am very happy that the media could share this experience with the three of us. The idea was to have fun,” she added.
